i was addicted to crack cocaine and alcohol at a young age. i relapsed multiple times. lost myself completely. eventually ended up homeless, hopeless, and spiritually broken.
i got sober at 20 years old and rebuilt my life from nothing. no blueprint. no safety net. no money. just the decision to keep coming back.
currently, i'm in medical school working toward a career in neurosurgery. i'm a published researcher in brain and nervous system health and an ultramarathon runner. i coach people struggling with addiction, discipline, identity, and rebuilding their lives after self-destruction because i was there myself not long ago.
i write about what recovery actually feels like. not the polished version. the real version. the loneliness. the obsession. the suffering. the purpose that can come after all of it.
this brand is not about perfection. it's about surviving yourself and becoming someone you can respect through intentional action, discipline, faith, endurance, and honesty. i want to show people what's on the other side of getting sober.
